Job Description
Programming and troubleshooting of highly automated electric battery motor manufacturing facility equipment. Includes Keyence PLC programming, Fanuc robotics, and Omron encoders and vision systems. In June, they integrated AI vision system to help with quality detection. Participate in daily meetings to discuss equipment and process issues to determine solutions. Must be able to program PLCs from scratch.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Berea, Kentucky.
Work Environment
This will be a clean room environment. The parts they are creating are stators and rotors. Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to work 40 – 60 hours per week. Less than 10% domestic and international travel may be required as needed. Working in an office environment with exposure to manufacturing and warehousing.
