Controls Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. The Controls Technician will provide technical support to manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement through the design, selection, and installation of new equipment and systems, and modify existing equipment and systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing electrical equipment, maintaining documentation, and HMI and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

Drive process enhancements, ensuring equipment, procedures, and systems operate at their best.Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and automated systems to ensure smooth operations.Design and implement machine control systems, including robotics, servo controls, and data collection, aligning with company design standards.Lead modifications, installations, and upgrades for new machinery and systems.Maintain accurate records of processes and operating procedures.Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and manufacturing systems.Provide training on HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for plant personnel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $62.50
