Job Title: Controls Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design electrical controls and associated software using PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and other hardware/software aspects. This role involves hands-on design, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical controls and programming for both custom and standard products. Additionally, the candidate will produce conceptual custom systems designs and quotes as required, and be responsible for the design and debugging of software for control systems.

ResponsibilitiesDesign electrical controls and associated software using PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and other hardware/software aspects.Perform hands-on design, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical controls and programming for custom and standard products.Produce conceptual custom systems designs and quotes as required.Design and debug software for control systems.Determine customer needs to develop project specifications and scope.Essential SkillsProficient in AutoCAD design and drafting software.Experience with various PLCs and HMIs.Experience with servo systems.Basic programming knowledge.2+ years of relevant work experience.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00
