Perform integration of EtherCAT networked servo drives for synchronized motion execution of multi-axis systems with complex motion profiles using CodeSys. Integrate machine I/O devices, including but not limited to fieldbus devices (e.g. EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, IOLink, digital and analog) using CodeSys. Develop Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) applications utilizing CodeSys HMI features, and Allen-Bradley PanelView. Develop Functional Safety PLC applications using Bosch Rexroth CtrlX Safety controllers integrated with Bosch Rexroth CtrlX servo drives. Use industry best practices for PLC program development, such as variable definition and use, object-oriented-programming, identifying, and avoiding race conditions. Integrate and test PLC control system with external, traditional software applications via network interfaces using UDP and/or TCP communications or protocols.
