Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in industrial automation and robot programming to enhance production efficiency and automate manual processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven experience in converting manual processes to automated systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with FANUC robots, specifically for pallet handling Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and process control systems Background in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate current production processes for automation opportunities Design and optimize automated systems to improve efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures Monitor the performance of automated systems and make necessary adjustments

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
