Level I:

Estimated annual base pay:  $73,520.00 (minimum) - $91,900.00 (midpoint) - $110,280.00 (maximum)

Level II:

Estimated annual base pay:  $87,600.00 (minimum) - $109,500.00 (midpoint) - $131,400.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re Controls Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  Woodward is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our Advanced Manufacturing team as a Controls Engineer. This role focus is performing routine functions which require the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of controls engineering tasks.

What You Will Be Doing 

Level I

Designing and updating controls systems, including but not limited to active safety controls, assembly and test automation controls.Ensuring that designs are capable of fulfilling usability and supportability requirementsSupport smart devices that include electric torque drivers, vision systems, pick-to-light, etc.Design and update SCADA applications and HMI applications.

Level II

Designing and updating controls systems, including but not limited to active safety controls, assembly and test automation controls.Ensuring that designs are capable of fulfilling usability and supportability requirementsSupport smart devices that include electric torque drivers, vision systems, pick-to-light, etc.Design and update SCADA applications and HMI applications.Implements automated equipment design projects with industry best practices for machine safety, ergonomics, and efficiency/product yields.

What We Are Looking For 

Level I

Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering discipline is requiredMechanical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering degrees are strongly preferred.Previous internship or professional experience in a related industry is desired 

Level II

Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering discipline is required2 years’ experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering degrees are strongly preferred.Previous internship or professional experience in a related industry is desired
