Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to provide technical support and improvements for serial production manufacturing systems.

Requirements:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years' experience as Controls Engineer Knowledge of electrical & controls engineering design principles Experience with PLC/HMI applications, VFD controls, etc. Familiarity with Allen-Bradley & Siemens components and protocols Experience with lean manufacturing practices

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Laws, codes, and regulations

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot machine/system repair issues Provide controls engineering support to plant departments Analyze equipment data to ensure optimal operation Participate in MAHLE Production Systems activities Create accurate process documentation and manufacturing instructions Research and implement cost, quality or delivery improvements Support installation of PLC and PC software applications

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
