Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to update and program an aging depalletizing system using Allen Bradley PLCs, Powerflex 525 VFDs, and Keyence safety systems.

Requirements:

Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming Familiarity with automatic conveyors Knowledge of light curtains and servo controls Proficiency in working with variable frequency drives (VFD)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Powerflex 525 VFDs Knowledge of Keyence light curtains and stack lights

Responsibilities:

Update and program existing depalletizing systems on site Integrate new components such as VFDs, servo drives, and sensors Troubleshoot and debug system updates Ensure safety system updates are implemented effectively

Pay Details: $56.00 to $75.00 per hour
