Exciting Controls Engineer Opportunity!! Job Description The Automation/Controls Engineer will be well-versed in control systems and have experience in industrial control panels and manufacturing equipment. You will work in a team environment to take a project from start to finish, which includes programming and coding from scratch as well as modifying pre-existing code. Responsibilities + Proficient in Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation software (FactoryTalk View SE and RSLinx). + Specify components and design industrial control panels. + Ensure compliance with regulatory and approval agency requirements (UL508A, NEC, etc.). + Possess good oral and written communication skills. + Develop programming that meets customer specifications with attention to details. + Electrical design and hardware specification of industrial control panels. + Design and program sophisticated control systems. + Simulate, test, and debug control systems in-house. + Install and startup systems at the end-user's facility. + Provide continuing system technical support over the phone or on-site.
