Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in FANUC robots, Allen-Bradley PLC programming, and troubleshooting for welding line setup and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

5+ years experience with robots (FANUC preferred)

Expertise in Guard Logic, Factory Talk, DeviceNet, Ethernet

Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC Ladder Logics

AA or BS Degree or 5+ years related experience

Preferred Skills:

Robot interfacing and documentation

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise for programming, installation, and maintenance of equipment

Troubleshoot manufacturing/support equipment prioritizing safety

Train production and skilled trade team members

Ensure operator safety devices function properly

Perform electrical diagnosis and recommend or execute repairs

Support goals of achieving first-time quality and efficiency

Maintain accurate documentation of issues and lessons learned

Oversee upgrades and programming changes

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
