Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with extensive experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and robotics for custom machine design.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial automation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for schematic/hardware/electrical/safety system/panel design.

Experience with Motion (Servo actuators, Servo Motors) and Vision systems.

Expertise in PLC Programming from scratch (Allen Bradley/Omron).

Robotics experience (Fanuc/Motoman).

Cradle to grave project experience.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with fluid design including pneumatic and hydraulic schematic systems.

Custom machine design experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform PLC programming and AutoCAD Electrical design for custom machines.

Design and implement motion control systems using servo actuators and motors.

Develop robotic systems using Fanuc or Motoman robots.

Create detailed electrical schematics and hardware designs using AutoCAD Electrical.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
