Job Title: Controls Field Service Engineer

Job Description

• Installing, integrating, repairing, and troubleshooting complex machinery.

• Ensuring all established inspection, testing, quality, and operating specifications are met.

• Directing and/or supervising customer personnel during plant machinery installations, integrations, or servicing.

• Identifying and correcting hardware or software discrepancies.

• Maintaining positive customer relationships and identifying new product opportunities.

• Working from complex engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals.

• Providing assistance and work support for the plant Operations Department.

• Preparing trip reports updating the company on the status and condition of installed equipment and identifying additional equipment/parts opportunities.
