Job Title: Controls Field Service EngineerResponsibilities + Install, integrate, repair, and troubleshoot complex machinery requiring a high level of technical skill and independent problem-solving abilities. + Ensure all established inspection, testing, quality, and operating specifications are met. + Direct and/or supervise customer personnel during plant machinery installations, integrations, or servicing (repair and/or troubleshooting). + Identify and correct hardware or software discrepancies. + Maintain positive customer relationships and identify new product opportunities. Advise customers on necessary parts for their inventory after reviewing customer parts' inventory. + Work from complex engineering drawings and specifications, detailed written and/or verbal instructions, handbooks, manuals, etc., using a variety of precision measuring instruments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $85000.00 We offer medical, dental & vision benefits, as well as 401k offered. We also offer holiday and Vacation pay.
