**Job Description**
**JOB SUMMARY**
St. Paul Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for skilled controls technician, ensures that all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently and will provide technical expertise to plant operations. Works with the Maintenance team to aid in their technical development. Perform maintenance and repair services in multiple crafts and operate equipment as needed. Will lead and/or support continuous improvement projects for the facility. Expected to work on any assignment determined necessary by the leadership team to ensure team success.

**Schedule: 6pm - 6am rotating days**

**Requirements**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred with minimum 7-10 years industrial maintenance electrical experience.
+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
+ Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance of Aseptic packaging and processing equipment
+ Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment with moderate to high noise volume
+ May experience some exposure to fumes airborne particles, chemicals or allergens
+ Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holiday
**Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Experience in maintenance trades including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC/DC drive systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, machining and fabrication.
+ Experience required in using multi-meters, circuit testers and other test equipment along with power tools, micrometers, calipers, measuring tools and other hand tools.
+ Strong math skills.
+ Ability to interpret simple to complex blueprints and schematics.
+ Anticipate problems and work as a member of a team.
+ Ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
+ Ability to initiate, manage and lead projects
+ Available for 24/7 plant support as needed
+ Able to fill in for Maintenance Team Leader as needed
+ Must possess training / experience in at least three or more of the following areas:
+ Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting
+ Advanced VFD programming and troubleshooting
+ Advanced Servo programming and troubleshooting
+ Advanced Controls systems troubleshooting
+ Advanced Network diagnostics troubleshooting (Ethernet, Control Net, Device Net, etc.)
+ Electrical code knowledge
+ HMI programming and troubleshooting (RSView, Wonderware, PanelView, etc.)
+ Use of PC/laptop/Servers and software programs
+ Electrical distribution troubleshooting
+ Able to use ACAD software
