Responsibilities: + Installation of control wiring, controllers, sensors, and software. + Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.  + Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction in an ethical matter. + Provides training to customers on electronic control systems operations. + Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic system malfunction’s. + Provides support and training to the mechanical staff on building automation systems. + Other duties related to the programming, commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management systems as assigned. Qualifications: + Minimum 3 years of industry experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems + Understanding of typical HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, heat pump systems, air handlers, and terminal equipment. + Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people. + PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software. + Preferred:  Experience with Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane, and any other controls systems.
