Summary: Seeking a Controls Technician for PLC troubleshooting, maintenance, and control system improvements.

Requirements:

Experience with Siemens and some Allen Bradley PLCs

Knowledge of Java or C++

Understanding of bit structure

Ability to travel 70%, approximately 30-38 weeks/year

Preferred Skills:

Technical level experience with Siemens PLCs

Responsibilities:

Perform PLC troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of control systems

Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement control system improvements

Document all maintenance activities and updates to control systems

Provide technical support to operators and other staff as needed

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new control systems

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
