Key Responsibilities of the Convenience Department Lead are: Lead and manage convenience services like fuel, car wash, and beverage bars, ensuring top-quality service and smooth operations to create an exceptional guest experience. Troubleshoot technical and guest service issues, working quickly with leadership to resolve challenges. Take ownership of inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining point of sale systems. Ensure a safe, clean environment that adheres to all company policies and safety practices.
