Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Accounts Manager.

 

Our Regional Accounts Manager will play a key role in developing the customer strategy and growing Flowers Foods’ revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability within the company’s assigned convenience store accounts.

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications 4+ years’ experience working in Convenience Retail Account Management and CPG sales Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements Manage Direct Retail and Wholesale Accounts Meeting and Communicating with Key Customers to Grow Sales, Margin, and Manage Trade Spending Manage Broker Network (National and Regional) Set Broker Objectives and Hold Accountable for Volume Growth and Performance Develop and manage customer relationship within all levels of assigned retailers, buyers, and key decision makers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Flowers business objectives are achieved Willingness to travel across territory
