Position Summary

Work you’ll do

Participate in application architecture and design discussions. Work with team leads in defining solution design for developmentAnalyze business/functional requirements and develop code meeting all the requirementsDevelop unit/integration tests and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skillsPerform peer code reviews and ensure its alignment with pre-defined architectural standards, guidelines, best practices, and meet quality standardsUnderstand and comply with the established agile development methodology. Participate in various Agile ceremonies like – scrum meetings, sprint planning’s etc.Create and evolve application documentation as required Work closely with other engineers within your product team and across organization to identify problems and build effective technical solutions

Qualifications

Required:

A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field2+ years experience on front-end development using modern front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and libraries such as React or similar.1+ years experience developing Python based microservices, ideally using FastAPI or Django Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Capable of supporting the implementation of security requirements across components related to the aforementioned areas of work.Proficient in developing, containerizing, and orchestrating applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Adept at documenting all processes to support the creation of Technical Design Specification deliverables.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with GenAI application and data frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex/DspyExperience in developing, deploying, and testing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Knowledgeable in the use and implementation of open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)Knowledge of LLM agents and tools

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,80 - $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
