Job Description
This person will be joining the omnichannel team and should have experience reviewing chatbot performance and transcripts to create recommendations for improvement. They should have experience communicating chatbot capabilities to internal stakeholders and work with them to gather requirements for enhancements and issues. They will also be responsible for creating user stories for chatbot enhancements and work with development team to refine and monitor chatbot performance metrics and identify underlying reasons for changes.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience writing user stories or similar software requirements
Experience with chat and chatbots
Ability to clearly communicate with the development team and internal stakeholders through written and verbal communication null
