Kforce has a client that is seeking a Conversational Designer in Mountain View, CA. This role is remote, should align to PST. Duties: * Conversational Designer will build curated flows in conversational design, applying relevant research, design patterns, and industry best practices to create intuitive and engaging experiences * Build, review and evaluate prompts and AI models to deliver Gen-AI powered conversational experiences * Accountable for quality and accuracy of conversation experiences in QuickBooks * Audit existing design flows and experiences, identify gaps or bugs and work on tickets to solve them * Drive multiple projects with adherence to deadlines, quality and business metrics
