About the Role:

As a Conversion Crew Member, you will help set up and clear event spaces, including halls, arenas, theaters, meeting rooms, and more. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure all equipment is set up properly and safely for various events.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Moving and setting up tables, chairs, staging, and other event equipment

Assisting with event preparation and tear-down

Reporting any safety hazards or equipment issues

Maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various environments

Team player with strong organizational skills

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
