ROLE OVERVIEW
You will provide support to the Healthcare Packaging Oshkosh Clean Room by operating converting equipment for all pouch/bag orders needed to make Customer Service requirements. You will have various opportunities to cross-train and develop new skill sets for a successful career at Amcor.
This position is straight nights from 6:00pm - 6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other weekend.
Compensation
Start at $26.61 + $1.20 night shift premium.Will need to be able to train on days for up to 9 months!

Follows job procedures to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.Follows all GMP, ISO, PPE, and Gowning procedureChecks material against spec and documents results to ensure correct material is staged.Perform set-up of machine per work instructions and procedures with the assistance of a Clean Room Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs set up’s in a timely manner. Standard run and waste rates must be maintainedLoads raw material onto machineObserves machine operation and works with a Machine Assistant to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction. Documents any changesPerforms minor machine maintenance, submits requests for maintenance when neededTeach/train Machine Assistants how to set-up, run, document and make adjustments. Troubleshoots machine to ensure product is running within the customer specificationsCorrectly fills out all paperwork and completes IPPH’s as needed which includes assisting in the recoveries and informing QA when needed to ensure timely products.Assist during set-ups of “other” machines to ensure all machines are set-up and running in a timely mannerWHAT WE VALUE:
