Job Title: Converting Operator
Location: Granite Falls, NC
Shift: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (Rotating Schedule)

As a Converting Operator, you'll set up and operate the converting line to produce high-quality products. You'll also assist with other tasks, including extrusion lines and shipping, in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: Load and set up machines for various products Safely produce products to meet quality and quantity standards Remove scrap and properly dispose or recycle Perform quality checks and enter data Operate equipment like the band saw and maintain the work area Assist with other equipment and preventative maintenance Move finished pallets to storage areasSkills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Basic computer skills for data entry Ability to read measurements (up to 1/32”)Physical Demands: Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and bending Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipmentWhy Join Us: Competitive pay and the chance to work with a supportive team Opportunities for growth and career advancement in a continuous improvement culture
