Job Description


Brook Street are currently recruiting for our client in East Belfast for a full time and permanent Legal Secretary

The employer is a leading law firm who have been in operation for a number of years. They are looking for a legal secretary with experience of dealing with private client conveyancing and dealing with probate and wills.

General Duties:

Carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative dutiesTravel and diary managementPerform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently.Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail.Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm`s professional standardsDocument managementMinit takingAudio transcription using Big Hand



Criteria:

Be an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum 2years+ experience in conveyancingBe able to work under pressureHave excellent IT skills which should include all MS Office package



Salary for the role will be dependent on experience
