Job Description
Perform minor and major repairs of all material handling equipment, including AutoStore systems. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on conveyor systems and other mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis. Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, and seals, and repair or replace broken parts. Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building systems. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records. Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including maintaining HAZMAT records. Respond promptly and professionally to management and internal customer inquiries, and resolve facility operational issues. Operate a computer to control and monitor mechanical equipment and utility systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts, and order parts as needed. Make recommendations to improve maintenance programs. Operate powered lift equipment and support equipment lockout/tagout. Perform other duties as assigned, including outside custodial duties such as snow removal.

Work Environment
The work environment is a distribution center/warehouse. Employees are constantly required to stand and be alert, regularly lift or move up to 60 lbs, and perform bending, twisting, and pulling. The role involves operating powered equipment and may require wearing a headset and PPE, such as a protective harness. The environment is moderately noisy, with conveyor systems and moving parts, and it can be hectic and fast-paced.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
