**Conveyor Technician Tech III** **Job Description** This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery. You will provide daily maintenance of conveyor systems, MHE batteries, and battery stations, including watering and upkeep. You will also support general housekeeping, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance of fire extinguishers, dock doors, dock levelers, and other miscellaneous general warehouse equipment. Work with maintenance staff to maintain a safe and functional work environment. Primary functions include maintaining and repairing material handling systems, sorter systems, and electrical equipment and parts. Ensure safety procedures are observed and electrical codes are met, make decisions based on technical documents, and perform quality testing and inspections. **Hard Skills** + Conveyor Maintenance + Equipment Maintenance + Hydraulics and Pneumatics **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Litchfield Park, Arizona. **Work Environment** Must have open availability. There are currently 2 shifts: 6:00AM to 4:00PM either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday, and nights Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts. New schedule starting September 9th: Four 10-hour days/nights. Front Half (FH) Days – 4:00am to 2:30pm, Sunday - Wednesday. FH Swing - 11:30am to 10:00pm, Sunday - Wednesday. FH Nights ($0.65 shift diff) – 9:00pm – 7:30am, Sunday - Wednesday. Back Half (BH) Days - 4:00am to 2:30pm, Wednesday - Saturday. BH Swing - 11:30am to 10:00pm, Wednesday - Saturday. BH Nights ($0.65 shift diff) - 9:00pm – 7:30am, Wednesday - Saturday. You must be open to all shifts. This brand new, climate-controlled facility is very clean and has new equipment. The large distribution facility requires extensive walking, and maintenance will have motorized vehicles for tools and gear.
