**Description** This position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery. You'll be excited about this opportunity because You will provide daily maintenance of conveyor systems You will also provide daily maintenance of MHE batteries and battery station- Including watering and upkeep Provide support for general housekeeping, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance of fire extinguishers, dock door, dock levelers, and other miscellaneous general warehouse equipment Work with maintenance staff to maintain a safe and functional work environment Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidate PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Maintain and repair material handling systems as needed (Includes gears, chains, pulleys, belts, electric gear motors, rollers, controls, etc.) Maintain and repair sorter systems as needed (includes laser scanners, computer and electronics) Understand system flow, start, stop and un-jam sequence Major responsibilities of this position are: trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, dismantle, lubrication and overhaul of machinery and equipment Check zones, belt tracking, photo eyes, etc This position is also responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and parts Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes Make decisions based on technical documents Perform quality testing and inspections Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role… May need to crawl, climb, and stand for extended periods of time **Skills** conveyor maintenance, equipment maintenance, hydraulics pneumatics, conveyor system, blueprint, troubleshooting, electrical, welding, material-handling equipment, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Opex Certified **Top Skills Details** conveyor maintenance,equipment maintenance,hydraulics pneumatics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** High School Diploma or equivalent At least 2 years technical hands-on related experience Must have a working knowledge of conveyor systems, capable of troubleshooting and repairing all components Must be forklift certified, with a working knowledge of batter changing/watering requirements Must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to fix basic repairs throughout the facility physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role Job requires continuous physical exertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing must be able to lift a minimum of 65 lbs **Experience Level** Expert Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
