Description We are looking for an experienced COO in the Twin Cities south metro. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping out the operational strategy vision. Responsibilities: • Drive operational strategy and oversee performance across multiple departments. • Maintain consistent compliance within a healthcare setting. • Lead daily meetings, enhancing cross-departmental communication, and monitor key metrics to keep each department aligned and accountable. • Foster a compassionate approach towards patient interaction and care. • Utilize skills in Billing, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in a COO or Operations Management. • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. • Experience in managing and overseeing high-level corporate functions. • Must have knowledge and experience in using QuickBooks for financial management software. • Experience in Billing and Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
