COO Business Execution Program Lead - C14
The Chief Operating Office (COO) Workforce Planning (WFP) Program Lead is a senior position reporting to the COO Workforce Management Implementation Lead and responsible for the adoption of Workforce Planning transformation programs across the Chief Operating Office. The COO WFP Lead will work across COO organizations to coordinate, plan and facilitate adoption of Accountability Culture & Talent (ACT) transformation programs. Through strong engagement with WFP and COO Teams, the COO WFP Program Lead will proactively communicate both WFP strategy and implementation plans and work with relevant stakeholders to build, manage and monitor implementation plans across the COO. The position will also enable successful closure of ACT programs by ensuring full and consistent alignment with Transformation Program Office activities and artifact delivery. **Job Responsibilities** : Support the COO Workforce Management Implementation Lead by planning and coordinating adoption activities for Workforce Planning transformation activities inside the COO. Successful candidates will engage with key stakeholders in ACT & COO organizations to ensure timely adoption all in-scope programs. Work with ACT/WFP teams to understand and communication planning dependencies, changes and solutions. Work with COO stakeholders and SMEs to identify, manage and resolve risks and issues. Lead and participate in project governance activities as required. Own and manage relevant Transformation Program Office processes and artifacts as required (e.g. scoping, closure, etc). Engage Program PMOs to manage PTS, Jira and related systems for status updates and progress tracking. Creating status updates and support senior management with program information as needed. **Qualifications** + 10 -15 plus years of experience working directly with senior management + 8 plus years of proven project management skills including significant risk management experience + 8 plus years of Financial Services experience required + Seasoned individual with ability to run multiple strategic concurrent projects with little supervision + Self-starter comfortable working in dynamic environments + Proven track record of seeking out information and making informed recommendations + Experience in Demand and Capacity planning and supervisory experience required + Experience in Regulatory Project management or Technology projects a plus + Experience in reengineering business processes, controls and metrics a plus + Experience in Program Management and/or Product Management a plus + Strong relationship management, influence and communication skills + Comfortable challenging status quo to deliver outcomes + Exceptional organization skills **Education** : Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Business Strategy, Management & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Business Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $141,440.00 - $212,160.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
