What the day will look like Subregion COO – manages the Subregion operations by directing and coordinating activities and resources consistent with established goals (Latam region/subregion). Provides the leadership, management and vision to ensure we have the proper resources, controls and systems to effectively grow the organization, excel in the services, increase operating efficiency and maintain financial strength + Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sub-region ensuring accomplishment of defined KPIs, strategic initiatives and local/corporate compliance + Develop, in collaboration with Subregion Executive Committee and Regional ABS team, an annual operating plan that supports the Aon´s long term operations strategy + Provide strategic direction, leadership and management of operational activities that are aligned to meet overall strategic objectives set by Subregion/Region and Global teams (revenue growth, client retention, profitability, etc) + Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans for performance and growth, helping to implement and achieve company-wide goals + Assess and manage the principal risks of the Aon´s business within operations + Collaborates with other SL/sub-SL leadership, where relevant, to deliver “the best of Aon” + Manage, lead and coach the team to ensure continual improvement in the capability, knowledge, development and performance of the team + Run the team’s performance management process as per company procedures and policy + Build inclusive and diverse teams.
