Job Summary: Individuals in this position are responsible for food production. Ensuring food is prepared according to the menu utilizing standardized recipes. They must maintain high standards of food handling by following sanitation principles. The Cook will work together with fellow employees to provide optimal food service to patients, staff, and all customers.

Minimum Requirements: 

GED/High School Diploma OR minimum of five years of cooking experience.  Three years’ experience preferred in cooking or in the food service field.  Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards and guidelines.  Knowledge of food service equipment and quantity cooking experience.  Ability to follow standardized recipes utilizing weights and measurements.
