OverviewWorks cohesively with supervision of Chef, Sous Chef, & Cook I to accomplish preparatory work for kitchen production for dining rooms, banquets & Luau. Be responsible working line stations and multi-tasking. Basic knowledge of sauces, methods, and knife skills are required.
