PREP COOK: As a prep cook you will give assistance to the cooks in the preparation and service of items on the menu and perform various kitchen duties including dishwashing, general cleaning and storing food and no food items. Requirements: Food handlers certified in Texas, knowledge of HAACP standards, must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized. HOT LINE COOK: Cook food following the recipes, portions and presentation standards for each menu item. Follow all standard operating procedure, maintain a high degree of cleanliness and organization. Operate all kitchen equipment properly, and follow all safe use procedures. Requirements: Food handlers certified in Texas, knowledge of HAACP standards, must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
