Duties Include:

Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foodsBaking a variety of rolls, cookies, cakes, and piesWorking on tray line during meal serviceGeneral cleaning up of kitchenHand washing and sanitizing of pot and pansRelated work as required

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in large-scale cookingStrong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prepAble to do some physical workWork as a team memberHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExcellent customer service & communication skillsManage Kitchen in absence of food service director11am-7pm FT with alternating weekends
