About Lakeland St.Joseph Hospitals Corewell Health Lakeland Medical Center is a 196-bed hospital providing critical care medicine, hospitalists, medical and radiation oncology, open heart surgery and comprehensive cardiac services, emergency care from board-certified physicians, neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, rehabilitation services, behavioral medicine, and radiology. It is also the home of the Frederick S. Upton Education Center, which hosts an array of health education programs for the community. Scope of work Passionate about creating great food options for our patients, guest and team members. Our Cooks are a key component in the product and execution of all hot and cold meals served in our restaurants, room service, and grab & go markets. These components are Line cooking, Prep cooking, Vegetable prep, Short order cooking, Catering, and Mise en Place.
