This position is responsible for providing seamless customer service in the area of meals/floor stock/nourishment/food preferences.  Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and is aware of minimum standards for a quality food service operation.   Responsible for accuracy of all assembled meal orders, maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies and rotating products for maximum quality.

Required Qualifications: 

Experience cooking with industrial cooking equipment. National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. TB test completed by start date upon hire. 6 months of prior restaurant and/or institutional food service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years of experience in a health-care related culinary environment (prep work and/or grill work). Customer service experience.
