Forest Ridge Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Cook. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
A line cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Some of their key duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with stocking & setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food & cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers & snacks
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request & on time, washing & cleaning the kitchen & cooking utensils & storing equipment at the end of the shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operations procedures & hygiene meet food safety standards & regulations.
Must have a flexible schedule. $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience.
