Must be available to work all shifts Pay $16.50 /hour (all positions are required to work every other weekend) Responsibilities for this Cook job include: Plans, prepares, and coordinates daily cooking and kitchen clean up and sanitation duties in an institution, or park; and performs other duties as required. Bakes, roasts, broils, and fries’ meat, fish, and fowl. Mixes and cooks specialty dishes and delicate foods. Seasons foods by taste test and recipe. Maintains records of food used and supply on hand. Cleans and sanitizes work areas. Insures proper storage of food. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
