JOB SUMMARY: Receives, stores and issues food and supplies in a safe and sanitary manner. Maintains records, assists with inventories, and places orders according to established procedures. Receives and checks all food items and supplies and assured they are the appropriate quality and temperature and then stocks and rotates all food and supplies. Cleans and sanitizes all walkins and freezers.   REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than 1 year of experience.
