What's Available:
Full-time, 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE).
Flexible day shift hours between 5:30 am and 6 pm, with holiday and weekend rotation.
Starting pay of $16.21/hour and up, based on your years of experience, as well as generous shift/weekend/holiday differentials.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalency.
Servsafe Certification preferred but not required.

Job Description:Major Responsibilities:
1. Requisitions, organizing and preparing quality foods according to diet menu.
2. Follows standardized recipes and accurately portions according to daily census and production sheets.
3. Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards. Clean and sanitized equipment and work area as needed.
4. Monitoring, replenishes and records food usage.
5. Labels, dates and store food in a safe manner.
6. Maintains proper food temperature at prep and throughout service.
7. Operates and maintains a variety of standard kitchen equipment; reports faulty equipment as necessary.
8. Provides orientation training of employees as cooks.
9. Ensures compliance with state, local and regulatory agencies as it relates to food.
10. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Learning:
