Under the supervision of the Manager of Nutritional Services and Catering the Cook will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of meals according to selected menus and standardized recipes. The Cook is responsible for overall kitchen operations and is Nutritional Services (NS) designated person in charge when NS Manager, NS Assistant Manager, Registered Dietitian and Main Cook are off-site.
