Crouse Hospital
The Cook prepares, cooks and packs food for all hospital functions. In addition, this role will provide catering services throughout the hospital, as requested. Contributes to the development of the catering menu and pricing and discusses menu options and pricing with internal and external customers, including but not limited to; sales reps, nurses, physicians, senior management.
Hourly Rate Range-$16.80-28.82/hour based on verified education and experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
+ Required:
+ Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field. Or High School diploma with 2 years experience in short order or restaurant cooking. Each year of culinary school will be equivalent to 2 years of work experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS/EQUIPMENT
+ Must demonstrate high level of skill with customer service. Must have the ability to work independently and with little direction. Must be able to provide occasional catering services on a wide variety of shift patterns, as requested by the department leadership.
