Position Cook Category Food & Beverage Description Fort William Henry is looking for individuals to join our team as a cook and can work in a fast-paced, team environment and assists the Chef in all kitchen operations and assures kitchen cleanliness and meeets all health dept standards, working on the line and makes sure that each menu item is prepared according to company standards. Other duties may include helping train kitchen staff, and making sure all orders are received and placed in storage using our guidelines, make sure all orders coming in are correct and mistakes are corrected according to our agreement with our vendors.
