You will get to know all areas of the kitchen and gradually become a pro in all the tasks of a chef: + Preparation and cooking of dishes in various kitchen areas (appetizers, main courses, desserts). + Receiving, inspecting, and proper storage of food products. + Learning and adhering to hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety regulations. + Supporting the planning of menus and food offerings. + Plating and presenting dishes for guests. + Handling kitchen equipment and professional materials. + Collaborating with the kitchen team and supporting other colleagues. + Participating in internal training sessions and meetings for further education. + Assisting with special events and buffets. **What we expect from you:** + You have a charming, authentic demeanor, a well-groomed appearance, and clear communication skills. + You have completed your schooling. + Good knowledge of German and English is a given for you. + Initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or service through internships or part-time jobs is a plus. + You are a true team player and love working in a team. + Creativity and a passion for hospitality come naturally to you. _Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
