Core Job Responsibilities
Oversees cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and café area. Responsible for closing duties in kitchen and café. Responsible for some dish duties. Prep and prepare all food item to standard recipes and menus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to concentrate on tasks that require accuracy in a busy and noisy environment. Must be able to work as a member of a team with different personalities. Must be able to communicate well with customers and cope with demands of customers calmly.
