Are you tired of working all holidays, nights, and weekends? This position will offer you a better work-life balance! We're looking for a motivated, experienced Cook with solid leadership skills to prepare and serve meals for our patients, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for reviewing menus and production sheets to plan and prepare cooking schedules that ensure meals are ready at specified times by following standardized recipes to ensure a consistent product.
Hourly Rate & Available Shifts
Starts at $21.17, rate commensurate with experience. Various Shifts: Day (5:30am – 2pm) and Evening (11am – 7:30pm) Second shift (on or after 3pm) earns an hourly rate plus $1.30/hr. 40hrs per week, with an Every Other Weekend and Holiday RotationRequired Experience, Education, & Licensures/Certifications
Three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting High School Diploma or GED required; an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently to perform required duties. Effective communication/interpersonal skills required.
