THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by using your culinary techniques. You’ll provide high-quality food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE COMPENSATION:

$19.88 HOURLY
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.Work with kitchen staff to complete orders in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation.Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience as a cook in a casual dining or fast-paced kitchen preferred.Ability to handle high-pressure situations during busy periods.Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$19.88

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
