THE JOB:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience. Using your culinary techniques, you will create high-quality foods to our guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.54

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standardsWork with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsEngage with guests and employees by smiling and hearing their storySet and maintain the stage by ensuring the proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back of house areasEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling proceduresPerform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Two year of previous restaurant cooking experience in a high volume restaurant establishment preferredHas strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniquesHas high energy and positive attitudeHas strong communication skillsHas strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipmentHas strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsCan handle multiple tasks at one timeCan maintain knowledge of menu itemsHas high attention to detail
