\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Cook II, you would be responsible for preparing all food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nPrepares all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest\nMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times\nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and food products\nStock and maintain designated food stations(s)\nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\nPrepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production\nReads and employs math skills to follow recipes\nWhat are we looking for?
